Due to growth, Succession offers a fantastic opportunity for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Localities Assistant in our new Leeds office. This entry-level role is ideal for someone starting their career in the corporate or finance sector.

The role:
The primary purpose is to provide front-of-house services at the Leeds office, including managing visitor diaries, meeting arrangements, and switchboard activity. You will also oversee central stock and ordering systems.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Answering and redirecting phone calls
- Managing meeting room bookings and supporting meetings
- Handling post
- Updating telephone and email directories
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in a fast-paced environment such as retail or customer service
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills with high accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong telecommunications skills
