About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting for new business through daily high-volume activities via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Researching assigned targets and reaching out with tested value propositions to qualify prospective customers.
  • Coordinating with Marketing to track, assess, and qualify omnichannel leads.
  • Meeting with Solutions Account Executives to ensure accurate and fully documented pre-sales information.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to schedule effective demonstrations, meetings, and build pipeline.
  • Identifying suitable prospects and navigating company structures to identify key decision makers.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM and managing client and prospect data.

Requirements

  • Must be proficient in English, French and/or German
  • Experience in sales or scientific research is an advantage
  • Have previous lead generation, sales, or customer-facing experience
  • Possess excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Be a self-starter attitude with a proven work ethic and goal-exceeding history.
  • Possess positive attitude and ability to excel in a dynamic environment.
  • Have interest in a career in sales and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and LinkedIn.
