Account Manager – Sports Graduate

An exciting opportunity for a highly organised sports graduateto join a fast-growing business based in Nottingham as an Account Manager.Offering a hybrid working model(3 days in the office), a salary of up to £28,000plus commission, this is a fantastic opportunity to manage key accounts across the education and sports sector. You\’ll play a central role in building strong customer relationships and ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery.
Duties & Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of school, university, and sports club accounts, ensuring a high level of service

Attend customer meetings (in-person and virtual) to review ranges, process orders, and strengthen relationships

Coordinate and monitor sales orders, ensuring specifications and timelines are met

Prepare quotations and work closely with product and merchandising teams on stock approvals

Resolve delivery and service issues in line with company policies and maintain customer portals and data systems
What Experience is Required
- Sports related degree

Previous experience in an Account Management or Client Services role would be desirable

Strong organisational and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
