The Role As a Solicitor or Conveyancer in the New Build team, your responsibilities will include: Handling Transactions: Managing a varied caseload of new build property transactions efficiently. Liaison: Engaging with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process. Client Guidance: Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Record Maintenance: Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each transaction. Team Collaboration: Contributing to a positive and supportive team dynamic. Business Development: Participating in business development opportunities and networking events to promote the firm’s services. The Ideal Candidate: Qualifications: A Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 1 years PQE, or a non-qualified fee earner with at least 5 years of fee-earning experience. Experience: Previous experience working on new build purchase and sales matters is essential. Commitment: A strong dedication to providing an excellent standard of client care. Commercial Acumen: An understanding of business targets and their impact on practice success. Knowledge: A thorough working knowledge of conveyancing practices and procedures. Organisational Skills: Well-organised, process-driven, and IT literate, with experience using a case management system (the firm uses ALB). Performance: A credible track record with consistent billing and financial performance.
