You should be a confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills and a desire to exceed expectations. Potential candidates must have the ability to prioritise workload as well as show flexibility and willingness to learn and \’get stuck-in\’, helping out team members. No job should be too small!
You will be responsible for day to day management of a varied property portfolio, and you can expect to deal with a variety of tasks including (but not limited to); carrying out property marketing, liaising with tenants and landlords, arranging repairs and working with contractors, producing and updating inventories, carrying out end of tenancy checkout inspections and monitoring safety certificates & legal requirements on an ongoing basis, assisting with rent account processing on a monthly basis.
Working as part of a small and effective team with a well established, growing and dynamic industry leading company, the perfect candidate will be enthusiastic and forward thinking and keen to get stuck in!
Previous experience would be great, but not essential as full training will be provided.
