Our client, a leading provider of surveying services, consultancy, and software solutions for social housing, is seeking a Retrofit Coordinator to support their new contract. This role involves attending progress meetings, conducting site visits, and ensuring project compliance. You will report to the Head of Net Zero and work with an experienced team to deliver retrofit programs.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical and project management services from inception to completion, including Trustmark certification.
- Maintain project data and statistics.
- Conduct site visits across the UK, mainly in the Northwest.
- Use retrofit management tools to record assessments, manage risks, and create retrofit plans compliant with PAS 2035 and TrustMark.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
Requirements
- Qualification at BSc level or higher in Building Surveying or related field, or experience with PAS2035/PAS2030, domestic energy assessments, or surveying/construction sectors.
- Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor and DEA.
- Level 3 Award in Energy Efficiency for Older and Traditional Buildings.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Full driving license and own vehicle (car allowance and mileage paid).
Note: Travel and overnight stays may be required. A DBS check is necessary.
