Are you an experienced Food Safety Manager within the food industry, looking for a day shift only opportunity wherein you will be able to support the Operations of the business including quality, food safety and management? If so then this may be the role for you.
Main responsibilities
To conduct HACCP Food Safety Inspection, Health & Safety Inspections and audits
Conduct Customer Audits & review findings
Deal with Customer Complaints
To monitor microbiological results & samples submissions and update risk assessments
Coach and develop of the unit based managers and teams.
Interact with, colleagues, customers and clients in a professional manner at all times.
Adhere to Unit safety measures in place & adhere to security compliance.
Skills and Knowledge
HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 qualifications
Minimum 1+ years of experience in a H&S / Food safety experience gained from a similar fast paced food services or similar type of environment
Excellent communication skills
