The Opportunity Seeking driven and ambitious graduates to join as Graduate Resourcers in a 180-style role, initially supporting existing mandates across high-demand verticals. You\’ll work closely under the guidance of a high-performing team lead, in an environment where high standards, long hours, and tangible results are part of the DNA. Key Responsibilities Identify, screen, and engage with candidates for active vacancies Worn on live roles with efficiency and precision Assist consultants and business development staff in fulfilling clients hiring needs Contribute to a high-energy, results-oriented team environment Progression Path First 6 months : Focus on delivery/resourcing (180 role) Post-6 months : Choose your path: Continue within the Data Centres vertical Progress into a 360 Recruitment/BD Consultant role Long-term growth may include leadership & equity.
