We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to support our fee earners in managing processes. This role will be part of our Private Client team based in Leeds. What you’ll be doing as Financial Administrator: Working as part of the Private Client team, you will support the fee earners with financial management of matters and work towards the financial strategy of the firm. Duties & Responsibilities: Overseeing and streamlining processes within the team, including billing and payment management for client matters. Maintaining accurate billing schedules and financial records. Collaborating with fee earners, partners, and support teams to ensure effective management of matters. Preparing and analysing reports to support decision-making and compliance. Attending meetings and providing proactive support to fee earners. Liaising with third parties and internal stakeholders to resolve billing queries and manage client accounts. Producing regular progress reports for senior leadership. Ensuring compliance with financial conduct requirements and maintain confidentiality at all times. Participating in ongoing training and professional development.
