As a part of RoSPA’s Relationships team, you will play a vital role in helping to achieve this by driving growth with partner training centres in the UK and Internationally So, are you …? * An experienced Account, or Relationships Manager * A good communicator both written and verbal * Committed to promoting high standards of service and support * Passionate about the life-enhancing and saving potential of health and safety As a UK Account Manager, you will: * Focus on the expansion of RosQual’s centre network by identifying and onboarding new delivery centres while strengthening relationships with existing partners. * Promote RoSPA’s regulated and non-regulated qualifications, with a particular emphasis on priority qualifications and fleet training programs. * Ensure all services reach a wider audience across the UK, contributing to RosQual’s growth and market presence through strategic business development. * Act as the primary contact for client accounts, you will work to understand their needs and align RoSPA’s offerings to deliver tailored, impactful solutions. * Be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, fostering trust, and driving retention. * Secure multi-year agreements for qualifications and training services, contributing significantly to RoSPA’s revenue objectives. * Employ a consultative sales approach, and craft compelling pitches and proposals that address client priorities and position RosQual as the partner of choice.
