PR & Talent Assistant (Liverpool)

Job Role: PR & Talent Assistant – Digital & Entertainment Salary: Up to £27k DOE ABOUT THE JOB Our client is looking for a proactive, creative, and organized PR & Talent Assistant to support their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent management within the fast-paced world of digital and entertainment media. You’ll play a key role in supporting both client-facing and back-of-house operations. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist talent managers with day-to-day needs, including scheduling, diary management, campaign tracking, and liaising with clients, brands, and media Help coordinate brand partnerships, from negotiation to execution, including tracking deliverables and deadlines Assist with event planning and execution, including press days, appearances, shoots, and influencer events Monitor and report on talent and agency social media presence, including engagement and growth metrics Maintain internal databases, prepare presentation decks, and assist with contract paperwork and brand briefs MAIN REQUIREMENTS Previous experience (internship or junior role) in PR, influencer marketing, talent management, or media/entertainment A strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X) and current digital trends Highly organized, with great attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment SUMO is an equal opportunities employer.
