Duration: 6 Months Location: London Hybrid – 2 – 3 days a week on site Working : Would consider Part Time – 4 Days We’re working with a forward-thinking London local authority seeking a dynamic Project Lead to drive the development and delivery of a bold Neighbourhood Strategy. This role offers the opportunity to shape place-based policy and service integration at a neighbourhood level, aligning council departments, partner agencies, and communities to deliver more locally responsive services. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of the borough’s Neighbourhood Strategy Facilitate cross-sector collaboration with residents, voluntary sector, health partners, and council services Coordinate internal workstreams to ensure effective governance and delivery Translate strategic priorities into practical, place-based actions Provide thought leadership on community empowerment and local service reform Ideal Candidate: MUST – Experience in local government or public sector transformation Proven ability to lead multi-agency, locality-based programmes Strong political awareness and stakeholder engagement skills Confident working across housing, health, community engagement, and regeneration Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
