Objectives

• Deal with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure roadside repairs are completed in a safe environment.
• Attend to vehicles within the manufacturer\’s attendance times and conduct work in compliance with service levels.
• Complete all service and maintenance work of the highest quality and efficiency within manufacturer time schedules.
• Provide professional performance in all work activities to contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.
• Carry out comprehensive diagnosis and repairs of malfunctions.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures relevant to their responsibilities.
• Document diagnosis, repairs, services, and safety inspections.

• Service Manager

Responsibilities

• Perform all repair and maintenance work according to manufacturer standards efficiently and timely.
• Ensure all manufacturer SLAs are met, including Retail Adherence Rate.
• Maintain the Service 24 Hr van in a roadworthy, clean, and presentable condition.
• Follow health & safety guidelines during roadside repairs.
• Replenish parts stocks as needed.
• Care for customer vehicles.
• Conduct visual inspections, adjustments, and replace worn or defective components.
• Retrofit accessories and detachable body components.
• Identify deviations and unusual wear.
• Perform simple repairs independently.
• Complete extensive assembly and repair operations, including major units.
• Receive work instructions from the job card or workshop controller.
• Report additional work or parts needed.
• Maintain special tools and equipment in good condition and report issues promptly.

Key Performance Measures

• Complete all service work with high quality within manufacturer time schedules.
• Meet all Service 24 Hr documentation and SLA criteria.
• Perform comprehensive diagnosis and repairs effectively.
