Multi Skilled Operative (Building Trade)

Responsibilities:
– Perform a range of general building trade tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.
– Utilize your problem-solving skills to efficiently and effectively complete assigned jobs.
– Carry out repairs, maintenance, and installations according to established standards and guidelines.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a multi skilled operative in the building trade, with a strong track record of successful projects.
– Proficiency in various trades, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, and decorating.
– Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
– Exceptional attention to detail and high-quality workmanship.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Valid driver\’s license.
– Anyone willing to learn will also be considered.
