If you’re committed to never giving up and continuously offering encouragement and support, we want to hear from you.\\n\\nWhat We Offer:\\n\\n * Highly competitive salary\\n\\n * Fully funded training & recognised qualifications\\n\\n * Comprehensive induction and onboarding programme\\n\\n * Enhanced pay scales based on qualifications and experience\\n\\n * Free meals on shift\\n\\n * Great employee benefits package\\n\\n * Life assurance\\n\\nYour Role as Senior Support Worker:\\n\\nTake a lead role in ensuring the care and well-being of each young person in your care.\\n\\nAttend and coordinate meetings with schools, social workers, and local authorities.\\n\\nProvide guidance and mentoring to support workers, including training in therapeutic approaches.\\n\\nContribute to the creation of reports (LAC, Placement Reviews, and Care Plans).\\n\\nRaise safeguarding concerns promptly with the Registered Manager.\\n\\nManage and de-escalate challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner.\\n\\nBe a consistent and positive role model at all times.\\n\\nCollaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop effective care strategies.\\n\\nAdminister and document medication in line with policies.\\n\\nConduct thorough risk assessments to ensure safety and wellbeing.\\n\\nBuild meaningful relationships with vulnerable young people aged 8–17 and support supervised family contact.\\n\\nDeliver Keywork sessions and support positive behavioural change.\\n\\nLiaise effectively with families, social workers, and healthcare professionals.\\n\\nAlways safeguard and promote the welfare of our young people.\\n\\nAbout You:\\n\\n * Passionate about improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people.\\n\\n * Shift peading experience in a similar setting.\\n\\n * Experienced in handling challenging behaviour with empathy and resilience.\\n\\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to offer guidance and support (training provided).\\n\\n * Confident in using your initiative and solving problems.\\n\\n * A reliable team player and a consistent role model for the young people.\\n\\n * Able to manage pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.\\n\\n * Willing and able to work flexibly across the week, including evenings and weekends (shifts between 7:30am – 10:30pm).\\n\\n * Able to complete between 4–8 sleep-in shifts per month.\\n\\nReady to make a real impact?\\nSend us your CV today\\n\\nINDSEN\\n\\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\\n\\nPay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year\\n\\nBenefits:\\n\\n * Company pension\\n\\n * Employee discount\\n\\n * Referral programme\\n\\nSchedule:\\n\\n * Monday to Friday\\n\\n * Weekend availability\\n\\nLicence/Certification:\\n\\n * Driving Licence (preferred)\\n\\nUnfortunately we are not able to accept applicants who require sponsorship for this role
