Our client is a fast‑scaling D2C brand that’s transforming the global small pet care market. Backed by a strong operating system and founded by ex‑consultants, they’re known for their high standards, agile culture, and relentless growth. Now expanding their presence in the US, they’re searching for a commercial leader to take paid media to the next level.
The Head of Acquisition will lead the paid media function, managing significant budgets to unlock profitable growth across the UK and US. You’ll partner closely with design, CRM, and UX teams to create, test, and scale acquisition strategies that deliver exceptional ROI.
Role Highlights
- Own and optimise acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok) for UK & US markets
- Drive campaign performance through testing, iteration, and data‑led decisions
- Build forecasting and reporting frameworks aligned to business targets
- Lead creative testing cycles and collaborate closely with brand and design
- Improve LTV:CAC ratio by aligning acquisition with retention efforts
You Will Need
- 5–8+ years’ experience in D2C paid acquisition, ideally for e‑commerce brands
- Proven results managing ÂŁ1m+ annual ad budgets across Meta and Google
- Analytical confidence in forecasting, attribution, and channel reporting
- Strategic thinking grounded in unit economics, not just platform metrics
- A hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset comfortable with fast‑paced environments
