This fast-growing business has raised millions in funding and boasts a talented team of 100+ people. As part of their growth, they are now hiring a Performance Marketing Associate to join their dynamic, in-house marketing team.
About the Role
This role is ideal for:
- Someone with 6-12 months of paid social experience (ideally in e-commerce) who wants to deepen their skills in Meta and expand into new platforms like TikTok.
- You’ll be hands-on in building and optimising ads, writing briefs, and working with the in-house design team. If you enjoy a role that is both creative and analytical , this could be the perfect fit.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage ad builds and daily optimisations across Meta and TikTok.
- Work with the in-house design team to develop creative briefs.
- Monitor performance, run regular campaign health checks , and report insights to the wider team.
- Identify new optimisation opportunities and assist with scaling brand traffic through paid channels.
- Support the scaling of international markets, particularly the US.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy discussions.
