Technical Business Analyst
The Technical Business Analyst will act as the vital link between stakeholders and technical teams, translating real‑world needs into robust and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Shape technical requirements and user stories that drive product development.
- Work with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines to support seamless technical delivery.
- Conduct systems and data analysis to identify pain points and improvement areas.
- Manage product roadmaps, backlogs and unblock technical delivery challenges.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to align technology with business value.
Qualifications
- Experience with technical architecture and back‑end systems design.
- Strong data skills, including SQL, data modelling and visualisation tools.
- Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe or Waterfall.
- Ability to own technical documentation and requirements with clarity.
- A problem‑solving mindset and comfort working at pace and with ambiguity.
