As a Care Assistant, you’ll work long-term with one or a few clients, supporting one person per shift. You’ll assist clients with seizure management, PEG feeding, personal care, moving and handling, and daily living tasks.

Shift Pattern:

We offer both full-time and part-time positions, with a minimum commitment of two shifts per week.

Type: Days or Waking Nights

Additional shifts are available in the local area for those with flexible availability and a willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

To communicate confidently and clearly with clients.
To follow the client\’s care plan, as advised by the Nurse Manager.
To prioritise the client\’s wellbeing and raise any safeguarding concerns.
To provide care including personal care, medication administration, moving and handling, seizure management and PEG feeding.

Requirements

A clean UK driver’s licence.
Minimum of 6 months experience in supporting complex care clients.
Choice of day, night and weekend shifts.
Blue light card – we’ll pay for it.
