Reach Truck Driver

Overview

With the full support of our friendly Coldstore Office, you can expect to gain a good understanding of the warehouse supply chain procedures and improve your skills within the department and company. The Warehouse Reach Truck Operative is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of reach trucks to handle incoming stock, ensuring pallets are stored, retrieved, and moved in line with company procedures. The role involves accurate picking, and storing of products, maintaining health and safety standards, and supporting the intake and despatch operations.

Responsibilities

• Using a warehouse management system to log stocks\\\’ location and confirming orders for dispatch
• Working as part of a team to ensure the flow of customers\\\’ products in and out of the supply chain
• Other duties may include picking of stock that requires assembling pallets of multiple products
• Completing all relevant paperwork and documentation
• Adhering to the Health & Safety Legislation, ensuring highest level of tidiness and cleanliness. Warehousing experience with MHE would be beneficial, however full training will be provided for this role to the right candidate.
• Able to work as part of a team as well as use own initiative.
• Experience in a Reach Truck Driver position or similar role would be advantageous.
• Salary: £29,746.08 per annum + Overtime. All breaks paid.
• Shift pattern: 7 on 7 off Day shift, 06:00-18:00 – 12 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Warehousing experience with MHE would be beneficial, however full training will be provided for this role to the right candidate.
