We are pleased to be working on behalf of a Haulage company based in Southampton who are looking for a Traffic Operator to join their growing team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and people by managing and coordinating transportation operations. Key Responsibilities: * Check, route and maintain timelines. * Dispatch vehicles. * Build strong relationships with drivers and customers. * Liaise with Fleet regarding services. * Liaise with HR regarding driver issues. Previous Skills & Experience: * Must have previous container experience. * Knowledge on VBS systems for ports, TOPS experience and Destin8 knowledge. * Excellent communication skills. * Flexible in working hours, on call availability. * Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards
