By joining the Retail Team as an Apprentice Travel Advisor in our Tunbridge Wells store, you’ll gain valuable insight into the world of travel and receive full support in working towards the Level 3 Travel Consultant Apprenticeship. Our two-year Apprenticeship Scheme is designed to develop you into a destination expert, enabling you to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, UK breaks, and additional products. You’ll prioritize customer satisfaction by creating unforgettable holiday experiences, making us the best-loved holiday company.

As part of our commitment to exceptional customer service and flexibility, you’ll enjoy a varied shift pattern each week, including weekends, bank holidays, and evenings at some of our busier stores.

ABOUT THE JOB

– Use your passion to inspire customers and colleagues while having fun.
– Drive to achieve will help you exceed sales targets; in retail, we call this ‘Smashing your Targets’.
– Embrace change and rise to the challenges of a customer-facing role, both face-to-face and virtually.
– Collaborate with colleagues to investigate and resolve questions or complaints.
– Receive training on various systems to enhance your knowledge and skills, enabling you to confidently assist customers and bring memorable holidays to life.
– Dedicate time within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via an online platform. With support from your manager and a dedicated learning coach, you will be guided through your apprenticeship to achieve a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
