Talent Acquisition Partner – Sales & Commercial (EMEA); 3-month FTC

About the Role

As a key member of our Talent team, the Talent Acquisition Partner will be the strategic advisor and talent acquisition lead for our Sales and Commercial functions across EMEA. This role is accountable for developing and executing talent strategies that attract top-performing commercial talent across enterprise sales, business development, partnerships, customer success, and go-to-market teams.

You’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a seamless, data-informed, and high-impact hiring experience. As a subject matter expert in sales and commercial recruitment across diverse EMEA markets, you’ll bring deep regional insight, strong business acumen, and a consistent focus on hiring excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales and Commercial roles across the EMEA region—from role definition and strategic sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor to sales and commercial leadership, providing market insights, talent mapping, and hiring strategy recommendations across multiple EMEA geographies.
  • Facilitate Talent Strategy Discussions (TSDs) to define role requirements, success profiles, and structured interview processes that align with business needs.
  • Influence and coach stakeholders to ensure a rigorous, equitable, and candidate-centric hiring process, prioritizing quality of hire and speed to impact.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of high-impact talent in key areas such as enterprise sales, solution selling, channel development, customer success, and regional commercial leadership.
  • Partner with Compensation, HR, and Finance teams to craft competitive, market-aligned offers that support internal equity and hiring goals.
  • Champion ATS best practices (e.g., Greenhouse) to ensure data integrity, pipeline transparency, and actionable recruitment metrics.
  • Support broader Talent team initiatives, including diversity hiring, recruitment marketing, interviewer enablement, and talent brand development.

Required Attributes & Skills

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with a strong track record hiring for Sales or Commercial roles across the EMEA region.
  • Experience partnering with senior commercial and business leaders, bringing credibility and influencing hiring decisions with confidence.
  • Proven success hiring in high-growth, competitive markets where quality, pace, and cultural fit are equally important.
  • Strong understanding of EMEA labor markets, languages, and regional nuances in sales and commercial hiring.
  • Skilled in designing and executing structured interview processes focused on core competencies and performance potential.

Preferred Attributes & Skills

  • Proficiency with Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems.
  • Ideally fluent in one other European language
  • Familiarity with complex sales environments
