Mode Search is proud to be partnering with a high-growth luxury women’s ready-to-wear brand to support their search for a Designer or Head of Design. While the role is based in London, the brand is open to candidates located elsewhere in Europe on a remote basis. Additionally, for individuals open to relocation, the company offers relocation support and visa sponsorship to New York. This is a full-time position reporting directly to the founder and CEO, a celebrated creative leader behind other globally successful fashion ventures. The Designer will work in close collaboration with the founder, contributing to a highly collaborative, creatively driven environment. The Role Develop seasonal concepts and design collections across ready-to-wear and denim Create elegant, refined silhouettes that align with the brand’s minimal and sophisticated identity Lead or collaborate with product development teams to translate concepts into final garments Conduct research across vintage references, runway archives, art, and cultural movements to inform design direction Contribute to the overall styling and creative vision for campaign and lookbook shoots Partner with technical design to ensure exceptional fit, construction, and finish across all garments Requirements Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in luxury or elevated contemporary fashion design Strong design portfolio showcasing a refined aesthetic, attention to silhouette, and expert draping Proven ability to design across multiple RTW categories Deep technical understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and premium finishing techniques Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment Passionate about building a culturally relevant brand with long-term creative integrity Please note: Due to the volume of applications, we are unable to provide individual feedback at this stage.
