e-Discovery Manager (legally qualified) Southern Ireland (hybrid 3 days in office, not accepting commuters from mainland). Will sponsor visa for the right candidate. An international law firm with circa 1000 employees and a large eDiscovery practice. You will be the primary point of contact between the advisory teams, our clients and your team working multiple cases simultaneously. You will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with an ability to organise and prioritise. You will also be responsible for the management of a team and will excel at encouraging the professional growth of the people. You’ll help drive the growth and will also be responsible for ensuring excellence of output for the work product. The Candidate: * A vision for legal innovation. * An exceptional knowledge of litigation life cycle, impressive understanding of the EDRM, best practice discovery standards. * Previous experience managing an eDiscovery or litigation support team. * Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms e.g. Relativity is an advantage. * Excellent presentation and client facing communication skills. * Experience in managing a team of people and coordinating and managing the assigning and supervision of tasks and reporting to all key stakeholders. * An ability to multi-task and take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of a task. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent attention to detail. Qualifications * A legal qualification is essential for this particular role. * Suitable Degree/Diploma in Law, Business, Finance, or a related. * Appropriate experience working in law firm or consultancy. * Familiarity with eDiscovery software preferred but not essential depending on other experience. * Strong general administration skills with strong word processing skills and experience with document management systems.
