Critical & Strategic Communications Lead- Luxury Goods
NEON are partnering a Global Luxury Goods business hiring a Critical & Strategic Communications Lead, to be based in London.
Part if a team of in-house consultant, you will take the lead on assessing potential risk and crisis, planning scenario outcomes and partnering Senior Leadership / C suite to manage company wide global communications.
You will ideally have a strong background in Corporate PR with focus on Crisis Communications Risk Assessment and handling a broad landscape of Brand Reputation Management / Talent / Influencers / Intellectual Property / Geo Political / ESG related comms
Ideally working on high profile brands (ideally within retail / and or luxury) either in-house or agency side, with a top tier leader.
You will work with Directors to:
- Put together effective strategies, execute and measure PR plans for all corporate company announcements
- Inspire and develop corporate thought leadership
- Serve as cross-functional partner to internal teams
- Manage PR strategies for corporate projects
- Scenario Plan, Monitor and Analyse outcomes
What do you need to Apply ?
- Solid experience with PR / Corporate Comms / Crisis Management navigating challenging media events with brand integrity being central to outcome.
- Experience in corporate communications, either in-house and/or agency.
- Superior writing and communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet tight deadlines while working across multiple time zones.
- Team player with an ability to roll up your sleeves and oversee projects from start to finish.
