The predicted salary is between 28800 - 33600 £ per year.
Base Location: Dublin or Belfast (Hybrid working pattern)
Salary: €50,000 – €60,000 (ROI) or £36,000 – £42,000 (NI) + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: 9-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The role
Our Business Analyst will work with the business to plan and roll out training, create scripts, update web content, map out changes to core business processes and help translate regulation into business process.

You will
- Work with business to clarify requirements, to plan implementation and to answer queries through the development process
- Identify, determine and document end-to-end business processes
- Attend external workshops and present updates back to the business, and host internal workshops to get feedback to present back to the industry
- Carry out in depth scoping exercises during the early stages of a work package, to identify key issues of concern and ascertain clear direction
- Identify and assess business risk
You have
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, supporting business critical changes
- Hands on experience organising and running workshops
- A clear understanding of the gas and electricity industry, metering standards, regulations and UX/CX
- Experience providing business updates to multiple business areas
- A background in creating business process documentation and process redesign
