We’re delighted to be working in partnership with an independent property business, who proudly cover the Midlands, North and South of the UK. This excellent regional firm require an experienced Credit Controller to co-ordinate a range of debt management tasks, providing efficient support to a busy Property Management Team.

The role is based in their modern Loughborough Town Centre office, where you can expect to be working in a lovely, thriving team where no two days are the same! In addition to an immediate start, our client is currently offering around 4-6 weeks employment, however long-term opportunities may become available for candidates who do well!

• Chase rent payments from tenants
• Manage monthly payments on behalf of clients
• Reconcile bank accounts on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy
• Respond to telephone and email enquiries
• Provide general administration support to the team

Skills & Experience

• Previous credit control experience, ideally chasing rent arrears
• Polite and professional telephone manner
• Happy with communicating at all levels via telephone and email
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good organisational and timekeeping skills
