An opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Operator/Transport Operator within our busy Traffic Operations Office at Newmarket. This position would suit someone keen to take the first step in a career in the Logistics industry.

Shifts: 198 days / year (182 4 on / 4 off + 16 contract days).

Salary: Day shift £26,600 – £30,000 (+) D.O.E.

Start date: – As soon as possible

The key elements of the role will include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring client queries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner to the satisfaction of the client.
• Using our vehicle tracking systems and in-house traffic management system to monitor and record key aspects of collections and deliveries.
• Being responsible for accurate data entry
• Communication with drivers and customers to ensure good customer service
