Pay Rates & Shifts as a Warehouse Operative: You will be working 5 days out of 7, this is not Monday to Friday DAY SHIFT RATE: (6am-2pm) from £12.45 to £20.55 per hour Weekdays: £12.45p/h, Weekends: £14.32p/h BACK SHIFT RATE: (2pm-10pm) from £14.32 to £20.55 per hour Weekdays: £14.32 Weekends £16.19p/h NIGHT SHIFT: (10pm-6am) from £15.57 to £20.55 per hour Weekdays: £15.57 Weekends £17.44p/h Your role as a Warehouse Operative: Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided) Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team – 88% Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment We're a Flexible Pay Employer that offers Wagestream.
