About the Role: We\’re looking for an experienced ICT Field Engineer to join our dynamic team, providing hands-on technical support and guidance to schools across the London area. If you thrive on solving challenges, love variety, and enjoy engaging directly with end-users, this role is for you! As an ICT Field Engineer, you\’ll: Support schools on-site daily, resolving ICT issues and ensuring seamless operations, building trusted relationships with school staff. Provide remote assistance via our ICT Service Desk when required. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Office 365 applications, Google Workspace, and network infrastructure. Participate in ICT projects, including network upgrades and security enhancements. Respond to critical incidents, implementing temporary or permanent solutions for server, switch, and internet failures – or even physical disruptions like floods. If you can demonstrate the following, we\’d love to hear from you: You will be an experienced, hands-on, technical support engineer who has a good working knowledge covering small organisations or school networks. You will have a proven ability to work with others to deliver and manage a wide range of programmes & projects to meet our customer and third-party objectives. Confident with an ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing particularly with internal business users and external vendors. Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS and a Right to Work in the UK.
