- Salary: £13.26 to £14.13 per hour (Scale E)
- Hours: 21 and 25.5 hours per week
- Location: St James’ Clinic, King’s Lynn
- Schedule: Weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis
Role Overview
As a Reablement Support Worker (Swift), you will assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal and drink preparation, and medication to help them regain independence. Norfolk Swift Response operates 24/7 delivering unplanned social care services to adults in their homes across Norfolk. Duties include responding to requests for assistance with uninjured falls and supporting with personal care needs, usually in teams of two.
We welcome applications from both experienced social care workers and newcomers. Full training will be provided.
