We are urgently seeking a highly experienced and discreet Senior Private Executive Assistant to support a HNWI. The principle has a property portfolio, including residential and commercial properties, which is constantly expanding, together with her successful interior design business. She has four young children and splits her time across several countries. This is a pivotal, high intensity role, requiring exceptional organisational skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage a wide range of personal and professional responsibilities with confidentiality, precision and at a rapid pace. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, resilient, and capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-trust environment. You will act as a gatekeeper, problem-solver, and trusted partner, ensuring the principalβs time is optimised and priorities are executed seamlessly You will have substantive experience of similar roles with a principle or HNW environment and understand the nuances and demands which comes with being a Private EA. You will be expected to be in the central London office on a daily basis, and be available out of traditional hours. This is not a hybrid opportunity. Key responsibilities: Executive support: β Manage complex and fast-moving calendars, including personal and professional commitments β Coordinate international and domestic travel, including visas and itineraries at short-notice β Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings and events β Handle confidential correspondence and documentation with discretion Personal assistance: -Oversee household and lifestyle management, including property coordination, staff liaison, and personal appointments β Manage special projects such as personal and corporate events, liaise with legal, financial, and advisory teams Operational oversight: β Support the smooth running of the household, including vendor management and service contracts β Maintain meticulous records and ensure timely execution of tasks and deliverables β Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they arise Qualifications & experience : β Longevity in previous roles is a must, ideally a minimum of 5 years with the same principle. β Minimum 10 years of experience as a senior Private EA within HNW environment. β Proven ability to manage complex schedules and logistics across multiple time zones. β Exceptional written and verbal communication skills β High level of discretion, integrity, and emotional intelligence β Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Apple ecosystem, and productivity tools β Flexible, calm and resilient under pressure, and solutions-oriented An excellent package is on offer together with a generous bonus.41bf1e1f-b16b-4260-a40a-17c77a06fd15
