Your Impact and Responsibilities As a Finance Coordinator, youll be responsible for: Managing the purchase ledger for the distribution center and its outbases (including Northern Ireland, ROI, Scotland, IOM, and IOW). Analysing weekly trends and providing insights to the site management team. Preparing journals, accruals, and prepayments for period-end management accounts. Supporting budget preparation, reforecasting, and KPI metric analysis. Providing payroll calculations and variance analysis for management accounts. Conducting supplier statement reconciliations and ensuring accurate, timely reporting. Reconciling backhaul revenues and ensuring timely reporting and cash collection. Skills and Knowledge We are looking for someone who: AAT qualified or working towards 12 years of experience in management accounts or a similar background. Possesses strong mathematical and spreadsheet skills. Can work independently and use own initiative. Has knowledge or experience in distribution, warehousing, and transportation (desirable).
