Mechanical Fitter - Site-Based

Ambitek are looking for an experienced and dependable Mechanical Fitter to join our client for ongoing site-based work. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a solid understanding of engineering drawings and isometric diagrams, and be confident working independently on-site.\\n\\n🔩 Key Responsibilities:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Mechanical installation, maintenance, and fitting on various industrial sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and isometric diagrams\\n\\n * \\n\\n Installing pipework, mechanical components, and associated systems\\n\\n * \\n\\n Following site health & safety standards and procedures\\n\\n * \\n\\n Working as part of a team to meet deadlines and quality standards\\n\\n🛠️ Essential Requirements:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Proven experience as a mechanical fitter on industrial or construction sites\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ability to confidently read and work from technical drawings and isometrics\\n\\n * \\n\\n Valid CCNSG Safety Passport (required)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Own transport (essential for travelling to site locations)\\n\\n * \\n\\n Basic hand tools and PPE\\n\\n * \\n\\n Good work ethic and ability to work unsupervised\\n\\n✅ Desirable:\\n\\n * \\n\\n NVQ LEVEL 3 Mechanical Fitting
