Job Title: Structured Finance Associate – Mid-Senior Level

Location: London, UK (Hybrid)

About the Role

A leading international law firm is seeking a talented and ambitious Structured Finance Associate to join its growing Finance practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with a strong background in structured finance transactions to work on high-value, cross-border matters alongside some of the most respected practitioners in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise on a broad range of structured finance transactions, including securitisations, asset-backed financings, and portfolio sales.
  • Draft and negotiate complex financing documents and related agreements.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients including banks, investment funds, financial institutions, and corporates.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to business development and client relationship management initiatives.

About You

  • Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction).
  • 4–7 years’ post-qualification experience in structured finance gained at a top-tier law firm.
  • Strong technical knowledge of structured finance and securitisation.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex matters with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Commercial mindset with a collaborative, client-focused approach.
