Male Teaching Assistant | Secondary SEN | East London | Temp – Perm \\n\\nWe are looking for an experienced Male Teaching Assistant who inspires to work with in an SEN environment. As a Male Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students in a classroom at one of leading Secondary SEN Schools in East London. The nature of this role requires a male as the pupil corresponds better with males.

We want you to provide enriching support as a TA, using a safe and effective approach to ensue, this pupil receives the best support.\\n\\nRole: Male Teaching Assistant\\n\\nStart: ASAP\\n\\nContract: Full time\\n\\nHours: 08:30 – 15:30\\n\\nLocation: IG11, East London\\n\\nRate: £95-110 Per Day\\n\\nIdeal Candidate:\\n\\nSupervising and supporting pupils\\nAssisting in the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies\\nSupporting with behaviour management\\nUndertaking structured and agreed learning activities/teaching programmes, adjusting activities to ensure achievement of learning goals\\nAssisting with the supervision of children out of lesson times, such as playtime and lunchtime duty\\nPromoting the inclusion and acceptance of all children, supporting difference and ensuring that all have equal access to opportunities to learn and develop.Requirements:\\n\\nExperience of working directly with young people in an education or training environment, supporting the learning of students.\\nSome basic knowledge of SEND and learning barriers.\\nPrevious experience working with children, ideally in an educational setting.\\nBachelor's degree (Education Studies, Psychology or Sports Degrees are welcome)Benefits:\\n\\nPotential to land a permanent position.\\nWork amongst a growing team\\nAmazing £100 Referral scheme directly to your back accountIf you wish to be shortlisted for this rewarding Male SEN Teaching Assistant Role then please APPLY now or request to speak with Anelka Campbell at remedy education
