An exciting Finance Manager role is being recruited to join a rapidly growing business based in Blackpool. Client Details This business has recently been through some exciting changes, which has resulted in revenue targets being significantly exceeded and forecasts remain very optimistic. Due to their exponential growth, the business is now in a position to recruit several roles across the board including this Finance Manager position. Description As Finance Manager, you will take responsibility for your own area of the business and manage a small transactional team. Day to day duties include: Preparation of monthly management accounts including P&L analysis, balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow forecasting Preparing balance sheet reconciliations Preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts Monthly variance analysis and commentaries Sales analysis Supporting key stakeholders in ad hoc analysis across the businessProfile We are looking for the following skills and experience: Part qualified/finalist or qualified by experience Significant management accounts experience Management experience would be ideal Strong organisational skills and able to communicate effectively across the business Proactive approach and able to drive/suggest changes to help improve processes Strong influencing skillsJob Offer The package is as follows: Salary paying £(phone number removed) Full study support covering costs and 2.5 days leave per exam …
