Bank Support Worker β Hythe
Β£12.21 per hour. All Support Workers need to be aware that they will be working across multiple schemes over locations based in Folkestone, Dover, Deal and Hythe. Typical shifts are Weekday, Weekends and Sleep ins, rotas can vary.

Responsibilities
- Support individuals to gain more independence in their daily lives.
- Teach new life skills, assist with minimal personal care, promote independence as possible.
- Socialise and engage in a variety of activities, including local outings, video games, films and cinema.
- Provide support across a dynamic team and a varied schedule.
Qualifications & Experience
- Full UK driving licence.
- Resilient, flexible and composed approach.
- Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
- Reflective practice experience.
- Experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support, including behaviour distress, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories and trauma.
