JOB TITLE: Sales Support Coordinator SALARY: up to £30,000 per annum plus 10% bonus (paid quarterly) LOCATION: Kings Langley – Hybrid SETTING: Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (40 hours per week) 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. With a strong global presence and multiple offices worldwide, they employ thousands of individuals. We are now looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to help support with the administration and customer service of sales within their client Amazon across Europe. Commutable locations Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, Kings Langley Job Specification: Sales Support Coordinator You will be responsible for seamless delivery of all sales administration, reporting and analysis to support business strategies and objectives. Support the Europe Sales team for Amazon by performing sales analysis as well as building and maintain daily relationships to drive sales activity. You will resolve any issues which may arise within the team, wider business and customers and be required to be hands on in assisting the team to optimise the Amazon account across all regions. Responsible for filling in any necessary reporting to maintain a measurable system of progress. About you- Sales Support Coordinator We are looking for a friendly, highly organized, dynamic team player, who really enjoys a supportive and busy day to day role, with around 2 years customer service experience. In addition, you’ll need to be: – Strong experience of working in a customer service and administration environment Strong experience within Microsoft Excel and more than just your average data input alongside all other Microsoft Office Suite products. Strong analytical skills and able to leverage data. Someone that may be interested in tech or the consumer electronics industry would be highly advantageous.
