Hours: Monday Thursday 8:15am – 4:45pm, Fridays 8:15am – 1:45pm

Responsibilities of the Design Engineer
- Complete machine design of rotating equipment and components.
- Review sketches, descriptions and specifications.
- Create 3D and 2D models and assemblies.
- Bills of materials.
- Conduct site visits where necessary.
- Provide technical assistance to ensure design requirements are met.
Requirements for a successful Design Engineer
- Qualified HNC/HND in a Mechanical Engineering discipline.
- Experience in mechanical rotating equipment & design.
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
- Proficiency with Solidworks and 2D/3D CAD modelling and draughting.
- Bills of materials experience.
- Experience with engineering calculations.
