About The Role
To repair the full range of PC’s and ATM modules found in our ATM estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Repair and refurbish ATM modules across our ATM estate.
- Repair and refurbish PC cores down to PCB level.
- Ensure all parts are repaired to exacting standards, adhering to stringent quality control procedures.
- Use diagnostic equipment and test programs to identify faults and assist with troubleshooting.
- Repair and maintain test ATMs.
- Harvest usable components from decommissioned or faulty units.
- Manage shipping and tracking of incoming and outgoing part requests, ensuring timely updates to the tracking system.
- Assist in managing and maintaining Field Operations stock holding areas.
- Load and unload deliveries of parts and equipment.
- Complete all administrative tasks associated with the role within required timeframes.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Support team, following their guidance in all aspects of the repair function.
- Implement product upgrades and enhancements as required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of repair processes to enhance part longevity and performance.
Key Requirements
- PC basic skills. Understanding of BIOS configuration. Understanding of Windows operating systems.
- Ability to follow technical information and procedures correctly.
- Electro‑mechanical experience.
- A methodical and systematic approach to troubleshooting and resolving faults.
- Prior knowledge of NCR, Wincor, and Triton ATM types would be useful but not essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Potential to lift heavy equipment as and when required.
- Full training will be provided.
Shift Pattern
- 08:00 – 17:00 Monday-Friday.
- Overtime may be required depending on the needs of the business.
