HGV Class 2 Drivers Erith Long‑Term Work (Temp‑to‑Perm)
Pay: Up to £37.54 per hour | Immediate Starts | Regular Shifts
HG are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our client based in Erith, working on a long‑term, temp‑to‑perm basis. What You’ll Be Doing
- Up to 12 local store deliveries per day
- Remove curtain sides for FLT offload
- Secure remaining load using ratchet straps
- Complete all paperwork before moving to the next drop
- Occasional collections – max 8 drops/collections per day
- Some loading and unloading required
Pay Rates
Days (Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 17:59)
- Standard rate: £17.16 per hour
- Overtime after 9.25 hours: £25.74 per hour
Nights (Monday to Friday, 18:00 to 05:59)
- Standard rate: £20.38 per hour
- Overtime after 9.25 hours: £28.96 per hour
Weekends & Bank Holidays
- Saturday Days (00:00 to 17:59): £25.74 per hour
- Saturday Nights (18:00 to 23:59): £28.96 per hour
- Sunday & Bank Holiday Days (00:00 to 17:59): £34.32 per hour
- Sunday & Bank Holiday Nights (18:00 to 23:59): £37.54 per hour
