Temporary Recruitment Advisor Are you an excellent communicator with experience of working in a recruitment environment or a similar customer facing role? Would you like to work for a charitable organisation that is committed to helping teachers and students realise their potential? You could be our next Temporary Recruitment Advisor! You\’ll join our team of internal recruiters who manage all temporary worker requirements for AQA. We focus on customer care and continuous improvement, and you\’ll become a proactive and valued member from the outset. You\’ll be adept at managing the full life-cycle – thriving on the 360 challenges of advertising through selection to offer, and enjoy building creative attraction campaigns and relationships with stakeholders in multiple departments. Your contact with managers and candidates will be direct – you won\’t be working through an account manager, we recruit and payroll our temps directly. With a 35-hour working week and a smart working approach which allows you to work between our Guildford office and from home, you will soon realise work life balance is achievable in recruitment.
