An award winning Mortgage Brokerage is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage Adviser. The role has arisen due to the firm's expansion and can be either office based in the Northampton area, hybrid or a remote position.
There are high quality, pre qualified leads supplied. These are generated through professional connections and are fully screened before being passed to the adviser. They are very focussed on having a client first approach to business. There is also full administration support.
In return there a genuinely achievable OTE of £75,000 – £85,000. With some advisers earning significantly more than this.
This role is an outstanding opportunity for a driven, ambitious individual looking to build a career in Mortgage Advice. They firm prides itself on the providing the highest levels of service to it's clients, but they also take satisfaction in supporting and developing their advisers. They have an adviser mentioning program that has proven results, they are flexible in terms of remote, hybrid or office based working and they care about their advisers.
