Shift Patterns
Variable shift patterns available: 07.00 AM – 7 PM (Day Calls), 7 PM – 7 AM (Night Calls), 10 PM – 8 AM (Waking Nights).

Role and Responsibilities
- Support all aspects of the care role.
- Provide support with mobility and help service users move around.
- Assist service users with personal care (undressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, pad changes).
- Assist service users with their meals.
- Interact with service users in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
- Ensure the comfort and safety of the service users, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Use any mechanical or non‑mechanical aids to help residents move.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service users’ activities, updating notes accordingly in care plans, etc.
Ideal Candidate
- Hard working and honest.
- Valid care training certificate.
- Full, valid driving licence (personal vehicle an added advantage).
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care setting.
- Current and valid enhanced DBS.
- Willing to be paid as a contractor under an umbrella company.
- Experience in customer service.
