The Role
This is an ideal position for a motivated and ambitious graduate or early-career Quantity Surveyor seeking to grow their skills and experience within a supportive, professional environment. Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of the team, you will:
Prepare detailed cost plans.
Manage procurement and oversee contract administration.
Support project delivery through to final accounts.
Collaborate closely with senior colleagues to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.
Take an active role in attending site meetings and building client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (or a closely related field).
Ideally, 18 months of relevant industry experience.
A strong desire to learn, develop, and work collaboratively within a team.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
