Project Manager – Manufacturing Engineering
Carbon60 is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its leading aerospace client\\\’s Manufacturing Engineering Programme Management team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple high-impact transformation projects focused on optimising industrial systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate several concurrent projects across multifunctional and international teams.
- Drive planning, execution, and delivery against time, cost, and quality targets.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Programme Management.
- Prepare and present project documentation at key decision points.
- Ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory standards.
- Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
Required Skills
- Strong project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive progress.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
About The Role
- Hybrid working – must be flexible on days
- £35 per hour Umbrella (PAYE rate also available)
- 35 hour week – overtime at standard rate
- Contract position until March 2026 – possible extension
