My client is seeking to speak with highly motivated Civil Engineers with 3-6 years of UK-based experience for their Norwich office. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a diverse range of infrastructure and development projects, with a particular focus on sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and flood risk assessments.
Civil Engineer Responsibilities:
- Support the design of surface water drainage systems in line with current UK regulations and best practice
- Prepare and review Flood Risk Assessments and Drainage Strategies for planning applications
- Design and model drainage systems using MicroDrainage and InfoDrainage
- Liaise effectively with clients, local authorities, and other consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
Essential Requirements:
- 3-6 years of post-graduate UK civil engineering experience
- Knowledge of SuDS design principles and UK planning policies
- Experience in using MicroDrainage and InfoDrainage software
- Experience preparing Flood Risk Assessments
