Job Purpose
IBA is looking to hire a strategic and growth-focused Product Marketing Manager with B2B SaaS expertise to drive the awareness, adoption and success of our aviation data product suite. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will spearhead product marketing efforts, understand target audiences, and work closely with the Product, Sales and Client Success teams to develop and deliver effective growth campaigns.
The Product Marketing Manager will join a passionate and collaborative team of three, reporting to the Head of Marketing. We are looking for an intuitive, self-sufficient, growth-oriented person to join the team in a fast-paced, data-led environment.
Established in 1988, IBA is the leading provider of advisory services, data, and analytics to the commercial aviation industry.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Positioning
- Develop clear, customer-centric messaging that highlights product value and
- differentiates us from our competitors
- Partner with our Product & Commercial teams on project timelines
Demand Generation & Go to Market Execution
- Build and lead GTM strategies for product growth, launches and enhancements
- Develop sector-specific campaigns to drive awareness and lead generation
- Work closely with the Client Success & Sales teams to craft and optimise user journeys
- Track, measure and optimise campaigns for impact
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, opportunities and threats
- Closely monitor and analyse competitors and customer segments
- Use analysis to effectively align IBA products in the market
- Leverage and develop industry partnerships
Standardisation & communication
- Own and execute standardised product naming & language internally and externally
- Update and manage commercial product collateral, sales battlecards and positioning guides
- Create & implement product feedback processes between the commercial and marketing teams
Skills and Experience Required
Required:
- 3–5 years in a similar B2B product marketing role
- SaaS marketing experience with proven growth impact
- Strong proficiency in digital and data tools (Salesforce, Account Engagement, GA, CMS, WordPress)
- Bachelor\’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- Proven ability to work with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive product growth
- Experience using customer, competitor, and market intelligence to inform product roadmap and GTM strategies
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
- Extremely organised, proactive and data-driven
- Great team player
Preferred:
- Experience in aviation, aerospace, or transportation analytics
- Familiarity with customer segmentation by region and industry
